When your Solar Renewable Energy Credits (sRECs) are sold on the Brytr platform, your Rewards Balance will be updated based on terms of your Current Program.

Your current Rewards Balance is displayed on both the My Dashboard page and the My Rewards page.

To start the redemption process, enter the amount you would like to redeem and click the Redeem Now button.
Click the Go button to be re-directed to the Brytr Rewards Catalog.
Select the merchant gift you prefer by clicking on it.

Hint: The minimum and maximum values allowed by the merchant are listed below the card. If you do not have the minimum value, the card will be greyed out and unavailable to select.
From the merchant gift card page, select the amount you like to redeem.

Hint: If you would like to split your Reward Balance between multiple merchant cards, enter a partial amount and then client the Add To Cart button. Otherwise, click the Checkout button.
Review your Order Summary on the Checkout page. If everything is correct, check the box for the notice of Terms of Service and Privacy and click the Place Order button.
The platform will provide you with a confirmation and status of redemption request. When the status shows Delivered, check the email that is associated with your Brytr account.
From the email message, click the Redemption Link below the image of the Brytr Card in order to complete the merchant card activation process.

After clicking the Redemption Link, check your email for a new message.
Follow the instructions from the merchant to redeem the reward. Each merchant will likely have a slight different process to redeem rewards.
